The White River

 
    The White River is a major inland waterway and trade route in Eridae. Running from the port city of Anchorhead up to its headwaters in Dhur Naal, the White River is an arterial connection between the coastal harbors and the inland regions. The river is wide and flat, with no rapids or whitewater to note. It is fed by an underground aquifer from the Bitteroot Mountains as well as many smaller tributaries.

    The White River is major commercial trade route to the interior forest of Eridae and the Bitteroot Mountain range. Its ease of navigation make it ideal for using large, flat barges to move goods up and down the river, and has led to many smaller, riverside villages making accommodations for the river barge traffic and their crews.
